Episode 8: Quotations

With web design, programmers need to ensure their text is written correctly, grammar is proper and all sources are given credit.  Within HTML, if the code is to display a statement that another individual said, proper quotation marks should be displayed.  To display the quotations, the programmer will need to ensure the text is within the paragraph element and then place the quotation element before and after the quote.

Since it’s Dr. Seuss week, in the below video, I demonstrated how to use the quotation element on the following statement from Dr. Seuss.

“Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.”
