Screen Recording on a Mac is a resource site for all users and it’s imperative that we display and show every step.  That is the reason why that every video we produce, you always see our desktop, which makes it easier for the user to follow and learn.  The question you might ask is how do you screen record on a Mac?

QuickTime Player is the program that we use for video, audio and screen recording. When you select screen recording, you have two options.  1) You can record the entire screen or 2) You can select a portion of the screen.  Displaying the entire screen is beneficial to show how to navigate to certain applications where selecting a portion of the screen will make it easier to view coding.  In reality, it all depends on what you’re doing and what will produce the best quality for your viewers.  Last, the majority of the time we will edit the video in iMovie and add titles and slide transitions to input effects.
